Welcome to els Lledoners de L’Empordà.

We are based in the Alt Empordà district, next to those of la Garrotxa and el Pla de l’Estany, an hour and a half from Barcelona and only 25 minutes from the border with France.

Els Lledoners de l’Empordà is a stone masia (traditional Catalan farmhouse), completely restored in 2003, which skilfully combines the charm of yesteryear with the advantages of modern technology. Located in a tranquil setting that will win your heart as soon as you arrive, surrounded by olive trees, fields of barley and sunflowers, it also offers stunning vistas of the Pyrenees.

Just alongside the house is the fourteenth-century Biure de Queixàs Castle, of which els Lledoners and l’Estudi dels Lledoners form part.

If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful for a relaxing holiday, or a base from which to visit the Empordà, Garrotxa and Pla de l’Estany districts of Catalonia, then Els Lledoners is the place. We look forward to welcoming you here!

The house has been divided into two self-contained units: Els Lledoners, sleeping 6 to 8, and l’Estudi dels Lledoners, for 2-3.

Open all year round
